1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital and creative services, completed and delivered projects are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as billing errors or failure to deliver agreed services.

2. Advance Payments

  • Deposits or advance payments are used to secure project time and resources. These are non-refundable once the project has started.

3. Service Cancellation

  • If you cancel a service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 80% of the fee, excluding transaction charges).
  • If work has already started, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of work not yet completed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project approval.
  • Delay caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or materials.
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences if the service was delivered as agreed.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of payment. Verified errors will be corrected, and a full refund will be issued.
